State athletic commissions have pretty limited power, and have a history of spotty procedures even in Nevada which is the best (but it is kind of like picking out the tallest midget).

Fighters need to look out for themselves, because no one else will.

          false.

first it was OSt. then it was 14 days. then it was an 18 day cut off for wifebeater/mosley.

first it was I'm a fan of pac. then it was I'm coming back to fight pac. then it was pac is overrated. then it was pac is fighting weight drained opponents. then it was pac is fighting past their prime boxers. then it was pac is avoiding african americans. then it was pac is on peds. then it was pac is on a-side meth. then it was pac is on epo. then it was pac is on some super-PED. etc...

Consistency is a frequency in only matters who is more consistent when talking consistency
consistency is sticking to the same story, no changes... not who changed their story the most.

No, i'm still a *******. I'm just posting what Victor Conte had stated. He is the expert, not me.

FanHouse: Can we begin with the concern for EPO in boxing?

Victor Conte: Well, you're specifically asking about the significance of the phrase, '19 hours.' And yes, EPO will clear the system in less than a day. But that number is a mean average -- the 19 hours.
