Once he started to refuse testing and have issue with testing people can point to that and say, why do that if you aren't on something because it is a dumb argument to start up in this day and age? It was randomly cut off at 18 days because the experts decided so, that is vastly different from knowing testing will stop 7 days prior. There is a different between known and unknown~ and I would assume the experts (USADA) know what is best~

The first part has nothing to do with the matter at hand stay on topic.

Floyd makes himself look bad all the time what is new, but that isn't the issue at hand either.

Floyd is perfectly in the right to question if the guy across from him if he is cheating, the fact that you can't admit anything like that pretty much makes my point.
