pac is willing to take the blood test up until 7 days before the fight. 7 days before the fight up to the day of the fight, pac is willing to take urine tests.

this is far superior to the 18 day cut off for the wifebeater/mosley fight.

Unannounced testing on the fighters' end is 'random', period.

I want proof the USDA planned a near 3 week cutoff before the testing process btw.

If it is really a random then you don't base on initial test to stop it. Just test on a random date and they should atleast blood test both Mosley and Mayweather all the way up to fight. If one expert should say some PED maybe clear on human system for an hour then atleast they test with lesser days gap. Thats what Floyd want a test all the way to the fight and his Uncle wants a day before and after the fight but it doesn't happen on his random test with Mosley.
