random blood testing could be a deal breaker but it wouldn't be a difference maker as far as the result of the fight is concerned imo. if pac is willing to go 7 days, floyd should compromise a little bit and accept it. the last 7 days is when both fighters are already winding down their training. although according to peds experts (the real ones not the nsb wannabes) there are certain peds that can get out of your system in 7 days or Hours but still it's too risky to take your chances in such a short period of time knowing that you will be tested right after the fight. anybody in his right mind would not take peds 7 days before a fight. and there's also a urine testing which is random so you're down to just a few peds that you can take that is believed to be detectable only by blood. i don't know if it's true but the famous HGH can help heal damage tissues faster but it won't really enhance your power. so if you're in pac's shoes, with all the reputation you need to protect, will you take the risk of taking peds within 7 days? i don't think so. is 7 days acceptable to floyd then? if he really wants to take the fight he should.
what??? it does matter cause team pac been trying to make the fight, but all wifbeater does is make excuses like "i'm on vacation", "there wre no negotiations", and "I got legal issues".

Depends on what type of testing if Floyd remains hung up on USADA their rules are their rules and they change for no one but as depicted in the Mosley fight they most likely will not draw blood that close to the fight without reason.
If Floyd is ok with a different third party they could do whatever then.
It is only unsolvable as long as both side remain glued to their current stances.
