There were accusations before that but no one really had anything to point to other than how great he looked while moving up.

Once he started to refuse testing and have issue with testing people can point to that and say, why do that if you aren't on something because it is a dumb argument to start up in this day and age? Then from that point Manny and his team have been really inconsistent on the issue which only generates more su****ion.

I just want to see him tested in the best possible way so one way or the other it is known, while right now it is a huge question mark.
