I just want Manny to take the tests and clean up this mess it doesn't even matter who the fight is against because this straight up should not be an issue and never should have got to this point. Manny may not even get why it is a big deal so that could be the explanation but I know people around him know why it is a big deal so.

USADA are experts on the matter I assume they know what they are doing. IF they didn't see a need to go further that is cool but the fighters wouldn't know they are not coming to get more blood.

One of the main factors to random testing like that is deterrent since most people are less willing to try something if they could show up whenever especially when you consider the consequences (no fight thus no pay).

To me it is all making a mountain out of a mole hill this really should not be an issue like this and it is so easy for Manny to bring this to an end not to mention he could do it without Floyd. Especially if Manny really is clean like I hope he is and it still boggles my mind that it has played out like this.
