        In theory Floyd has wins at WW over;

        Two Lineal Champions
        #3 Ranked WW

        #2 P4P (Moved up 2 weight classes in weight and Lineal Champion at 135)
        #8P4P (Held paper title at 147 and Lineal Champion at 140)

        Manny has (including a Mosley win);

        2 unranked fighters at WW & P4P
        #5 WW
        Top 3 Welterweight.

        Although Floyds looks excellent on paper, it's really not all that. I actually think Manny and Floyds resume in actuality at 147 are weak, but i actually think Floyd's is better slightly.

            Baldomir was definitely a better win than Cotto and Clottey combined:

            1) Cotto was weight-drained thus giving Manny an unfair advantage. Had the fight been at 147, it would have been more competitive. Manny would have still won, but not as brutally - Cotto would have put up a much better fight.

            2) Clottey was coming off the back of a loss to Cotto, and hadn't fought in 9 months.

            3) Clottey is way over-rated - his only world-title was the vacant IBF title and he won it over a past-prime Zab Judah via a close technical decision.

            4) Baldomir was lineal champion. Cotto was never been lineal champion at Welterweight, and Clottey (lol) he'll probably never win another world title let alone a lineal title.

              Mayweather does for now. Cotto is Pac's only good WW win, and that wasn't even technically at welterweight.

                well technically 145lbs is still a Weltweight fight because the limit is 141-147lbs.

                However I discredit Manny because Cotto, a natural WW at the time, was weight-drained to 145lbs. Manny on the other hand was in the shape of his life.

                  Are some people actually taking the time to come here to type 'Baldomir is a better win than Cotto and Clottey combined'? Seriously?

                    They're both pretty weak when it comes to welter resumes. Floyd has held the linear title twice but his other opposition is pretty wack. Pacquiao's been opportunistic. Neither are that impressive at welter.
