how about martinez' 1st major title? he is just the interim champ but the major title was left vacant, upgrading martinez' interim superWW title to a major world title... that's worst as martinez never fought for that major title, it was handed down to his ass...

martinez deserved the gimme title since he's been a contender and champ in that division anyway

No i don't think it can be considered legit. It was at a CW for a vacant belt against an opponent who came in at 150 after a long layoff under some very controversial circumstances.

A good win, but not legitimate IMO.

The comparison doesn't justify. Politics and timing gave Pac the opportunity to fight for a vacant SWW title where neither fighter did nothing to deserve such a shot. There was never problem with the fight itself but for a legit title it left a lot in question.

Pac is the face of boxing right now and will have more opportunities cause the money he will generate with anybody related with a fight with him. He didn't beat a champ for the belt and was not in contention for that matter.

Margo lost by a horrible KO and a wrap scandal and that fight against Garcia should had not ranked him that high especially with the long inactivity.
