The bottom line is that a lot of boxers , media , some fans are hating the fact this old man at 46 is still stepping into the ring and whoopin that ass of the younger generation and I for 1 am loving it . The man deserves respect

Total dissapointment for B-Hop. I had him once again, working his magic and making adjustments after the first few rounds, dominate this fight.
If Pac indeed the best fighter of this era....then B HOP IS 1-A!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Belts don't do anything 'cept collect dust.
Pascal, he can keep his lil belt.
But Bernard Hopkins, you won this tonight,

B.Hop beats him worst in a rematch...3-4 months from now would be cool....B.Hop is just too good for Pascal....even the anti-B.Hop crowd is calling this a robbery....cool to see the boxing fans rally behind the old man....for us B.Hop fans its normally..WE against the WORLD when it comes to our dude...but I see he's earned some props with that performance...rightfully so, he rebounded well and took over....great fight btw....wrong decision but a real good scrap!!

Hopkins is the man! Period!
Pascal's face told the tale! He looked like a beaten fighter! The first knockdown was a foul behind the head while the second was a Clear knockdown! BUT Hopkins schooled pascal and won the fight! Period!!! This is what is killing boxing!! Hopkins is nearly 46 and looked FAr fresher, landed more shots and controled the fight! How many fighters have you seen come off the canvas and dictate the match afterwards!!??? Clear robbery and Pascal's corner was VERY worried and Pascal looked defeated at the end! Case closed!!!

If you bend low at the waist... expect to get cracked in the back of the head, and the referee should ignore it...

It ruins the sport if you allow people to take advantage of the rabbit punch rule by making it impossible to hit them anywhere but the back of the head. I've never even seen anyone severely hurt by a rabbit punch, so I am not sure why people act like it is so god damn dangerous. Getting punched in the head is dangerous, PERIOD. I have seen people seriously hurt and killed by normal punches to the head. It's not like people are getting paralyzed. It's not like people are even suffering serious concussions, like you see every weekend with illegal (American) football hits. At this point it's like the rule is just there so babies can cry to the ref when they turn their back on the other fighter and inevitably get hit there.
Pascal's punch was to the head, probably a little bit to the back, but who gives a ****. To me you muddy the waters complaining about such KDs as being BS, when there are so many horrible KDs called where someone's feet were tangled up, they slipped on water, etc. That was a punch to the head that rattled Hopkins and took his legs out from under him. Was it partially to the back of the head? Who give a ****?

pascal didn't even make a good case for himself in the post fight interview, he said a draw was good enough for him??? did i not hear that right? sure did.....
so if he says a draw is good enough for him then he is acknowledging that he didn't win. mosley said the same thing against mora, the only thing is, that was a crap fight that was crappily competitive in both guys under performing, and mosley knew it.
this fight, and this admission is completely different. if i were pascal, and i was the champ, i would be as upset as bhop in the decision and be saying i won the fight. THE ONLY WAY I WOULD SAY A DRAW WAS GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME IS IF MY OPPONENT BEAT THAT INTO ME TO SAY THAT............, at the very least i would be trying to sell the win even if i didn't feel like i won.
pascal had complacency beaten into him.
