tarver is hopkins hater number one, dude had to feel like a soggy nut rag the way they were talking about hopkins in front of tarver. you know there is sour g****s there. bernstien tried being a friend and talked about the movie before his fight with hopkins, being all, we'll show some professional courtesy, then to gloss it over because style wise it was a nightmare for tarver. weight was not an issue, it was footwork that was the issue for tarver.

like tarver would be looking for anything in hopkins favor.......

Regardless of what you think of tarver, the kd's made it a close fight and the draw is far far from a robbery. B hop looked 46 in the first half of the fight save for rounds 4 and 6 then shutout the rest of the fight imo, I hope we get a quick rematch.

guys its the announcers job to make the fight seem more competitive than it really is. they will try to play both sides and be non biased but that effects reality because in reality hopkins was winning easily. tarver obviously convinced himself it was close when it really wasn't.

and when that first round "knockdown" happened they kept saying it was legit even though it probably wasn't since it landed mostly on the back of the head and partially on the side. if you land a body shot that's mostly to your opponents nuts and some lands on the body is it a legit knock down? i think not.

I do agree the KDs make it a very close fight. And they were BOTH legit knockdowns.
