Bernard Hopkins was an angry man after his fight with WBC/IBO light heavyweight champion Jean Pascal. The fight, which took place at the Pepsi Coliseum in Quebec, saw a twelve round majority decision get issued. Quebec’s Claude Paquette and Belgium’s Daniel Van de Wiele scored the bout a draw, with 113-113 and 114-114 rulings, but California’s Steve Morrow scored the fight for Hopkins with a 114-112 card.
