Why because when he was 36 still relatively old for a fighter he beat the brakes off of Tito Trinidad in a fight that Tito came in undefeated and left out not winning a round on his way to being stopped! LMAO!

Hurry up and make fight, Bhop isn't getting any younger even if he is whooping the **** out of fighters 18 years younger than him. Pascal is going to run all night long again, btw they should make the fight anywheres other than Canada.

you know they're going to try and play games to try and hold off to let hopkins continue to age and most importantly, let pascal recover mentally. you know he has to be second guessing himself having been successful early on only to be outboxed and beat up by an old man. there was nothing pascal could do but throw wildly and hope to catch hopkins with a unorthodox punch.

pascal was really hoping and wishing in this fight while hopkins was implementing and executing his game plan. one legit knockdown against him two scored against him, and he still MADE THE FIGHT. pascal would not have fought like he was if hopkins didn't take it to him, because if hopkins didn't press the action pascal wouldve just tried to pot shot all night, instead of being forced to fight.

i find it funny how the older man set the pace in the fight and keep the pace at a higher rate than what pascal liked to fight at, 4th round on, it was all hopkins.............

hopkins fought his fight, pascal fought to make it to the final bell.



edit: also, if the rematch is a go, i bet that pascal will pull up lame with an injury during training to postpone it even further....... just saying, it would be only obvious......
