Anyone that says "the system" hasn't failed is a liar. Or uses the excuses as so and so "NEVER FAILED A TEST". That's when you respnd with, "No doubt as the SYSTEM is not 100% accurate".

This doesn't mean everyone's a cheater, it just means there are ways around the system. Its only a fact. I'm not saying that this "so and so" has people around him that where involved on several occasions with PEDS either. I wouldn't ever do that. I don't need to. It's a fact and everyone knows it. Just as everyone knows the system has "failed".

accordin to everyone floyd is a ***** and only fights for money so why would he bend to make the fight for the fans?but manny is known as the peoples champ and they have also stated that they fight for the fans so if anyone was to bend to make the fight happen it should be manny because accordin to most manny doesn't fight for money he fights for the fans

mosley made up excuses twice for why he couldnt fight floyd when floyd wanted him. even when mosley was undefeated.

so once floyd became the cash cow and mosley started begging for a fight, he decided to phase him out until mosley jumped in the ring.

You forgot to mention Schaeffer came out and said Mosley, DLH and Schaeffer sat down and asked Mosley if he wanted the fight and he declined. That's when DLH fought Mayweather.

I don't think you have any idea about negotiation. Do you think glove size and weight penalties apply to just one party? Just as the terms of testing applies to both, so do all the terms stipulated.

With regards to purse split, this again is a negotiated term. Both parties sit down, make their arguments heard and try to decide what is a fair split - this is what goes on in a negotiation.

As for your point on random testing. Both sides have agreed to random testing, but whether you like it or not, there is an implied cutoff point. Where they disagree is the explicit cutoff date. If you have difficulty in grasping this concept, then maybe you also believe that drug testers should be siphoning blood while the fighters are engaged in their stare-down.

Your concept of 'random' without limits is impractical and idealogically immature.

Let me remind you that the whole concept of OST style random testing is not standard to boxing (hence the name 'Olympic Style Testing'). Since this is not a standard law in the boxing coummunity and was only proposed by the Mayweather camp during negotiation, then every term uncluding the cutoff dates are under negotiation.

You keep quoting the USADA as if they have already set this as a standard rule in boxing - they have not. Everything can be negotiated - even your intelligence.
