Anyone that says "the system" hasn't failed is a liar. Or uses the excuses as so and so "NEVER FAILED A TEST". That's when you respnd with, "No doubt as the SYSTEM is not 100% accurate".

This doesn't mean everyone's a cheater, it just means there are ways around the system. Its only a fact.
