Pac isn't good enough for anyone to think Floyd has to age his ass to beat him. Pac's already been out boxed and knocked out before. Just because he beat up Hatton and Dlh AFTER Floyd, beat up a one armed Cotto, Clottey and a slow as molasses Margarito doesn't mean Floyd has to age Pac to beat him lol... If anything, what does that tell you. It tells you that Floyd is in a different class than those guys.

here is where you fail.

people being tested dont know when the cut off date is. if a boxer asks for a cut off date, then that defeats the purpose of random testing.

there is a cut off date which is determined by the USADA and is unanounced to the fighters. meaning the fighters dont decide

If we both agree that there is no need to have testing at a certain point, then that can be specified at the negotiation table. Random testing can still occur up to that point. The only failure that I see is your incapacity to acknowledge and fathom these two concepts simultaneously. Are you capable of this?

Floyd isn't waiting for Manny to age. He is waiting for Manny to accept 0 days cutoff since he refused 14 days when it was offered. Manny is waiting for floyd to come up from 0 days to 7 days.

What about the testing that boxing requires, Manny adheres to this and Floyd doesn't want to fight him, in my eyes that means Mayweather is ducking the fight, I'm not a huge fan of either, a neutral if you will.

Floyd doesn't want to fight Manny it is obvious, maybe he doesn't feel confident about it. No man is bigger then the sport and Floyd shouldn't feel that he has a right to dictate rules that would just be ridiculous, what does that promote? That the biggest star in the sport can manipulate the rules. A lot of you guys are young so I wouldn't expect you to understand.

If Floyd cared for boxing and his fans he would fight the fight with the normal testing if he wins then that is a great win for him if he loses and Manny fails a post fight drugs test then the authorities will deal with it accordingly.

You don't have clue what you are talking about. In negotiation, boxers negotiate on terms outside the commission requirements; they all ask for different things. The thing Manny asked for were things that benefited him, eg. gloves size, weight penalties, and purse split. The thing Mayweather ask for was Random testing for both fighters. This is not advantageous to either fighter and benefits the sport well, but Manny refused.

You tell me, the one who refuse something that benefit both fighters and the sport, or the one who propose a stipulation that benefit the sport and everyone involved, who wants the fight more?

If Cotto can be shop worn after one loss to Margarito, Hatton can be shop worn after a loss to Floyd, and Margarito shop worn after losing to SSM, well then Pac certainly can get shop worn training fight after fight for fights against the biggest names the sport of boxing has to offer.

Why are you opposed to RANDOM blood testing period?...why are you opposed to RANDOM Blood test to ensure both fighters are clean? Are you a boxing fan or a Pacquiao Stan Boy?

Even the most hardcore Pac fan must admit that him not willing to agree to RANDOM Testing and only willing to accept testing if he knows when the test are given is SUSPECT? You dont think thats a problem?

Ask yourself, why both men getting tested is a big deal for Pac and not a big deal for Floyd? Honestly, i am getting sick and tired of this whole fiasco. Team Pac should just accept the fact that Mayweather won't fight them without both men being tested randomly without cut-off and just move the **** on.
