Lets put it this way neither Mayweather or Pacquiao had 1,000,000 PPV buys before they fought Del la Hoya. Their wins over Del La hoya is what brought them interest by main stream fans. Del La Hoya hands down was a bigger draw.

the TS was asking now. not before Pac fought Oscar. he was comparing Oscar's prime to Pac NOW. not BEFORE!

globally speaking Pac is bigger. in united states Oscar was a little bigger than Pac. if there was no recession the PPV buys would have been huge for Pac or FLoyd. someone said here Oscar can fill a football stadium. yeah in the United States he MIGHT fill it, we still dont know for sure. what im sure of is Pac can fill two or three football stadiums in the Philippines in 1 fight. so the comparison is irrelevant.

          OK and?

The question is Pac now and Oscar in his prime. And, now Pac and Oscar are bigger than Oscar ever was...

Oscar in his whole career has 4 PPVs where has a million and more so far Pac and Floyd have 3.

But, if you take there equation out, so no Oscar, Floyd or Pac.

Oscar has 2 PPV events where he did a million or more-Tito(1.4mil) and Hopkins(1mil)

Floyd has 2 PPV events where he did a million or more-JMM(1.1mil) and Mosley(1.4mil)

Pac has 2 PPV events where he did a million or more-Cotto(1.2mil) and Margarito(1.15mil)

And, it is safe to say that Tito was a bigger draw than what JMM, B-Hop, Mosley, Margarito, and Cotto ever were. Just take that into account.

Look how close that is... And, Pac and Floyd are still going to numbers where he would do more million buys. And, if they ever fight each other it would break Oscar-Floyd numbers.

They're bigger now than what Oscar ever was....

I think it's close but Oscar had more crossover appeal, the big difference here is that Oscar lost those big events and Pac won, so he gets bigger while Oscar's casual-fan base diminished.

I'll tell you one thing, pac and floyd can end up selling more ppv's than oscar. But Oscar will still be a millionaire 20 years from now while pac and floyd will be broke like tyson the way they spend their money!!! AN OSCAR was a big ppv's star cuz he fought the best out there. He didn't need 24/7 to do a million ppv buys!

oscar could sell PPV on his own. so can floyd but pac cant. so its FLoyd>DLH>Pac

but DLH helped make them both PPV stars but FLoyd was able to take his stardom to a whole nother level
