Bigger draw-DLH or Pacquiao

who is the better draw? oscar in his prime or pacquiao now? DLH sold out the 30,000seat Home Depot Center against a no name opponent easily. i think he could have gotten 70k at Cowboys Stadium..what do you guys think? (keep it clean guys lol)

Boxing in the late 90s was a whole different universe than boxing today.

Everything was bigger and better, namely, and Oscar was the biggest name around.
