So Floyd could run or swim or anythign else that doesn't pain his hands to train to almsot the exact same fitness level.

If it was a PED it would make him able to reach a higher fitness level, not jsut a way to train a similar ammount in a different way. Which is why it is legal to use to train if it changed what a fighter could do I am sure there woud be rules against it since it is not like painkillers are new~
