Dan Rafael: "A seven-day cutoff is quite REASONABLE but Floyd still REFUSED to budge"

Yes, you will catch some people with testing on the day of the event. But wouldn't you catch more people if you tested them during some period before the event as well? Are you an expert on drug testing? No. Am I an expert on drug testing? No. The experts are WADA and their affiliates, like the USADA. Why not leave the testing methods up to the experts.First, you tried so hard to say the 7 days tests aint enough and a full OST is the only option, now that some cheaters are caught right after their performance and heavens it was detected after their performance, you *****s shift the focus to "lie". Same as your idol, you seems to be masters at the art of "ducking".Comment

Seriously, stop parroting this ****. I've replied to you several times in this thread. Explain to me how this does not make sense.
Pac wants 7 days where testing is not permitted. For Mosley vs Mayweather the USADA could test at any time they wanted. They chose not to test closer than 18 days, but they could have tested at any time they wanted and were allowed to do so. Floyd and Shane were not told when they'd had their last test.
The situation Pac wants presents a situation where he could do something to break the rules because he knows he's safe during that window of time. In the other situation, the athletes are deterred from doing that because they could be tested at any time. Even if they aren't tested late during camp, they are of the belief they could be.
This should be really easy to understand. I know you Pac guys choose not to believe it, but plugging your ears doesn't make it not true.Comment

so 7 days window in which to cheat, with so much on the line - the chance of getting cought for his biggest fight while hes representing his country in politics too? and, with most likely urine tests still being allowed? they never sad no to unlimited urine up to the day did they?
pac did lie and thats fckn ****** but looking at the 7 days offer if he really has problems with blood testing however irrational and backwards they are, obviously hes still not gonna happily do a blood test right before the fight that's most important by far in his career.Last edited by orr0447; 10-29-2010, 09:47 AM.Comment

too much of a hunt for something not that offensive

all im saying is urine tests should still take place if there is doubt.
i remember wen them specialists met up and lot of floyd fans were sure nevada was gonna change their protocol which they didnt. in the meantime they also talked about the effectiveness of urine. so what if they pass on bloodwork in the 7 days but still do urine like was suggested enough times - its not like he's scared of peeing in a cup

so when Floyd says 14 day cut off is good enough to detect peds its cool with the *****s. Now Floyd has retracted that statement 7 days is not enough time for pac. It goes to show the depths of the blind nuthugging that goes around here. Keep defending that racist woman beater that fights once a year. We keep celebrating a great humble, exciting champ that keeps fighting for his fans that is pacquiao.Comment

If WADA feels its necessary to allow blood testing at any time, then I'd agree with them. They're the experts. I'm not sure what they can and can't test for with blood vs urine. I'm pretty sure they update their tests all the time, and some work with blood and some work with urine. And I think they keep the blood in a bank so they can retest it years later with new methods. So essentially you can get caught cheating years after the fact. They also do something about keeping a history of blood work so they can check for anomalies over time, and see if there is something su****ious, even if they're not sure what it is yet.so 7 days window in which to cheat, with so much on the line - the chance of getting cought for his biggest fight while hes representing his country in politics too? and, with most likely urine tests still being allowed? they never sad no to unlimited urine up to the day did they?
