Which is why fans want to see it settled in the ring. See if he is really the skillful fighter people think he is. Sadly, he doesn't seem interested in proving that himself.

All roads lead to Mayweather! Hallelujah!

Riight. Expect to see a pile of roadblocks along the way. Man, if this is the kind of boxing idol I have, you can have her.

I respect him as a fighter, not a person. Poll should be more specific.

ali has never been disrespectful to boxing fans...he disrespected some of his opponents but he's always been likable to boxing fans. and he gave the sport of boxing and boxing fans more than they expected of him.
Im saying it shouldnt ALL matter on what you do outside the ring cause some of the most respected fighters out there did some bad stuff in their outside lives.

Not saying he HAS to be respected, just making a point that many people sing fighters praise who werent saints outside the ring either.

You didnt answer my question, do you respect his talent? Appreciate his abilities, etc.

So you dont appreciate his talent or abilities? Didn't ask about you respecting what he does with them, I mean his talent and ability? Hes proved it plenty in his early carrer too by the way.

I do respect Floyd as a fellow human being and as a gifted fighter. I do not respect some of his actions though. Floyd is not beyond forgiveness.

are you really that slow? of course i appreciate boxing skills...in general that is. respecting an individual fighter is another thing and i'm not even talking about what they do in their private lives. now don't get confuse with that...when floyd went on ustream with his ****** remarks, he was talking about boxing and disrespecting other fighters. for me he was a boxer at that time although he was outside the ring. those kind of things...that's what i'm talking about.

Not saying you need to respect HIM for it, im asking if you repect that thing about him? you've not answered yes or no yet, just that you respect boxing skils in general. Im asking you, do you respect his skills, not respect him for his skills, but appreciate his abilities, whether genetic or god given?

Basically, do you think he is a good talented fighter?
