i respect boxing skills/talents and floyd is one of those fighters who are fortunate to have it. the problem with your logic is you're trying to mix up that respect to boxing skills with respect to floyd as a fighter. i look at it in a different way. i can appreciate his skills without looking at his personality as a fighter. do i respect boxing skills? pretty much. do i respect floyd as a fighter? no

I respect his skills. He showed in the Mosley fight that he can stay composed under dangerous situations. However, I don't like him. If he was more like Pac and willing to fight anybody put infront of him then I would be a fan. All he does is talk **** and never backs it up. Why was he silenced when Pac didn't have an opponent, but started talking **** when Pac-Marg was signed? Even he confirmed that Pac agreed to the test, yet he didn't fight Pac.
man gtfo with that bull****. Don't say you're the greatest then run like a *****.Comment

no, not really
outside the ring; he's an insecure piece of ****...a bigoted, wife beater with the mentality of a 13yr old
inside the ring; what's to respect about someone with so much skill that's afraid to test himself? this fight fan has ZERO respect for a once-a-year fighter that has entitlement issues and a rolodex of excuses to NOT fight other fighters that the public wants to seeComment

You're an idiot... HEAPS of people disliked Ali back when he was fighting, he was very controversial at the time. Shut up stop whinging, you need a tampon?wtf is wrong with you? how is that even related to my argument?
ali has never been disrespectful to boxing fans...he disrespected some of his opponents but he's always been likable to boxing fans. and he gave the sport of boxing and boxing fans more than they expected of him.Comment
