Sergio stamina helped him win against Kelly. 10 11 & 12 Kelly couldn't muster up any energy while Sergio abused him those rounds. The fight was close up until those rounds

That being said be will have to come in better shape to fight Paul the second time. Also I had Paul by two rounds in the first fight

He had more time in training camp, plain and simple. The difference in styles doesn't nullify the fact that he had already been training what he usually does for a fight.

This is not true at all.

Martinez was approached by Williams team in the past as the Number 1 backup option. Martinez didnt know Pavlik would pull out again but he knew if he did he would be the guy to fight Williams.

Martinez had 4 weeks in camp. Williams, while its true having to switch your gameplan is tough, at least had the proper amount of time to be in prime fighting shape. I would have much rather been in Williams' shoes than Martinez's.

and Gameplan Switch is MUCH HARDER especially when planning for two TOTALLY DIFFERENT STYLES, Pavlik is slow and flat footed while Martinez is extremely quick and slick

but we shall see in the rematch, if anybody benefits from a full camp to prepare for an opponent style it will be Williams IMO

Burney is all kinds of wrong about this, but I give him props for dealing with every single comer in this thread.

Not sure if I'd go that far, but I think Williams will win, hopefully more decisively this time because you know that if the decision is close the usual suspects will by crying for months.

I don't know how anyone can come to this conclusions when the first fight could of gone either way but OK.

This thread is like a Paul Williams fight with Burner as Williams.

He's generating a lot of activity, but not a lot of it is landing.

But if you have a couple rookie judges, his flurries and volume might sway the untrained eye.
