Haye and Valuev yes, but Adamek? I think Adamek will fight a Klitschko after his fight with Grant if they still have the titles (which is likely).

Yeah, Henry stopped it. Arreola did cry, though. He took the Adamek loss a lot better.

Watch it again, I don't believe that for a second. That's the excuse they had to save some face, but they blocked all of the HBO cameras right beforehand, they didn't want it on TV like Sam Peter.

He will fight them, I believe that. But he did turn a fight down with both, so he doesn't feel he is ready now. Vitaly is frustrated that no one wants to face him, he doesn't have much time left, he doesn't want to keep fighting the Sosnowskis and Briggs of the world but if the top 10 fighters in the division are running away from him and the others have already been beaten, what choice does he have?

Briggs has been on ESB and talked some of the vilest, lowest crap about the Klitschkos I have read anywhere. And to sit there mugging for the camera with Vitali and asking him about playing chess after all that ... I agree, if they must fight, I want to see VK put the worst possible beating on that piece of ****. His antics before the Liakhovich fight where he accused a nice guy like Sergei of being a racist without a shred of evidence really bugged me too. Briggs has got a lot of karma headed his way, all of it bad.

Interesting -- I'll take another look. HBO loves Arreola, so that sounds plausible.

It is a credit to Vitali that so many top contenders are scared of him. He is one of the most feared fighters in the history of boxing beyond a doubt.

However, it is frustrating to be in the position he's in, feeling good but with time ticking on, wanting some good fights but no-one willing to oblige him.

As I said, I will personally get some satisfaction if VK really puts a hurting on Briggs, who has it coming in a big way. I can't think of anyone other than Haye who deserves a beating more than Briggs. Briggs may deserve it even more than Haye -- it's a close call.

It's funny how some of you guys are out of shape about "Adamek is running away" comment. That's what the title of the article says; but, VK says no such thing.
"Vitali Klitschko is having trouble getting an opponent..."
"... a proposal for a fight with Tomasz Adamek was turned down"
"...Valuev wants too much money...", "...Don King is standing in the way of the fight..."
As for Haye's behavior, it's well documented all over boxing forums. The man (I don't think this word can even be applied to David) is a joke. I guess all the running he was doing for two years with his mouth, the rest of his body is trying to catch up now.

Adamek was almost knocked out in his fight versus Arreola and Vitaly made Arreola quit, obviously we know would win that battle if Adamek and Vit got it on.

Adamek was offered the fight with Wlad but he declined it. Now Vitaly offered them the fight and Adamek declined it as well. Call it what you want but facts are stubborn things that don't just go away...
I have heard this stated a few times and I would like to know when this happened? I watched the fight and I don't remember Adamek ever being even remotely close to being stopped. So, please tell me when this happened so I can watch it for myself.

Haye insists he is retiring next year, yet he also needs a "long rest" after the "grueling" Ruiz fight. So sometime between the end of his long rest and his retirement, he is going to become the heavyweight savior? The man is a joke and should be ignored by boxing writers unless they want to ask him some tough questions about all of his lies and hypocrises.
