Comments Thread For: Vitali Klitschko Says Haye, Adamek, Valuev Running Away

Who the **** does Vk think he is saying Adamek is running away?? what a ****** ****, Adamek came and fought Arreola in one of his first fights and put on a more entertaining display the Vitali.
Adamek hasn't been giving it all mouth and talking **** he is building himself up and easing himself into the HW division like Haye should have.
I don't think he has a chance though as Arreola caught him a few times and seemed to really hurt him, the Klits are a lot better technically then Arreola and hit as hard if not harder.Comment

How is Adamek running away when he has a fight already lined up against Grant? Didn't Adamek and his team say that he was gonna work his way up the ladder instead of jumping head first into a fight with either Klit brother? C'mon Vitali! I'll give you the other names, but Adamek? He's definitely not running man, C'mon son!!Comment

And im pretty suprised from vitali that he says adamek is running from him!
If somebody is not scared facing klitschko than its adamek!Comment

I don't think any of them are running, I think they're all pissed for being lowballed. From what I've read and heard Vitali is not too happy with letting his opponents get too much money. Can't blame them.WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko is having trouble getting an opponent to step up for his next fight. Speaking with Golzka, Klitschko says a proposal for a fight with Tomasz Adamek was turned down, WBA heavyweight champion David Haye is not returning calls and former champion Nikolai Valuev wants too much money to make the fight happen. Vitali is most interested in the "Russian Giant" Valuev. There are issue with making the fight happen. Vitali says Valuev's co-promoter Don King is standing in the way of the fight with his numerous additional demands during the negotiations. [Click Here To Read More]Comment

I'm pretty disappointed in King & Valuev. They're preventing an interesting matchup in a division in where interesting matchups are increasingly rare.Comment

I agree with most of the comments on here, everyone knows Adamek is a no nonsense guy who says it as it is. He openly admited to turning down Wlad whilst he was still a cruiserweight (just after whooping his sparing partner Johnathan Banks's ass) saying he wanted to be ready for it and give himself a chance as he wasn't ready at that point (thats as honest as it gets). Now that he's easing into his extra weight after moving up I'm sure he's got the Klitsckos in his sights and you can be sure he'll give them a better fight than any other boxer out there, he's fearless and he'll go into that ring to win and not just to survive.Comment

This goes back to the topic of another thread that talked about how the Klitschkos are more feared and more avoided than Tyson ever was. I mean you got 5 of the top 10 fighters avoiding the brothers: Valuev, Povetkin, Gaye, Solis, and now Adamek. The other 5 have already been beaten by them: Chambers, Chagaev, Arreola, and Peter (Dimiternko doesn't count cause he was easily beaten by Chambers, a Wlad victim). They have the division on lock-down.Comment

Valuev is crazy, he already turned down 2.5 mil to fight and now the guy is basically a nobody with no belt and he still turns down 1.5 mil?? What can you do trying to make fights with the likes of valuev and haye and whats up with all these guys turning down what im sure are career high paydays?? They should just get lostComment
