I hope Adamek gets through Grant and puts on a great fight against one of the Klits, he's a true warrior and respect to him for not rushing things.

Early rounds, I'll have to watch it again to let you know for sure, I only saw the fight once but I remember either Lampley or someone commenting that he was hurt, it looked like Arreola was going to finish him at some point but Adamek survived somehow. To be clear, there was no KD, but Adamek was in no hurry to trade with him, he even said so in the post-interview; paraphrasing "You can get real hurt by some punches like that, I don't wish to die...". He looked hurt to me at one point, Arreola said so as well, although Arreola is obviously biased.

Anyone else saw what I saw?

I don't have the fight saved but I did just watch the high lights on You Tube. And yes Arreola stunned Adamek in the 5th round but never again landed a clean punch. Adamek legs were under him and he never ever came close to going down much less getting knocked out. Also, Arreola showed no signs of hurting his hand until the 10th round and regardless of the goofy scoring I believe by that point he needed a KO to win. And when the fight was over Adamek's face was nice and clean while Arreola's looked like the Stay Puft Marshmellow man.

b) the image is only offensive in the viewers eye. Geez, it's obviously a photomontage, it shows no genitalia, and gaydom is talked about daily on TV (unfortunately!).
WTF David Haye had a fotomontage with RIPPED OFF HEADS of the Klitschkos on his frakkin Tshirt, but that was ok, but making fun of him being gay is soooo damn offensive my link had to be removed.

You might want to check your math skills 400K + 600K = 1 mil --- he was offered orgianlly 2.5 million and now 1.5 million and both over a million. And you have no proof that Valuev was getting 600K and could make that much now especially now that he ISN'T a champion.

I like both Adamek and Vitali, but yes, Vitali beat the crap out of Arreola big-time and Adamek won, but not by much. If Arreola hadn't broke his hand, it might have been different.

Adamek might have turned down Vitali. Maybe he doesn't feel ready yet.

I'm sure VK is frustrated. He is feeling good and wanting to fight and no-one will fight him. It's rather unprecedented to have this many contenders fleeing from a title shot.

Just want to point out ARREOLA never broke his hand, one minute it was his Bicep, then his hand, then his wrist. The Scans after the fight shown no problems and he already has another fight lined up pretty soon, which wouldnt be the case if he broke something. He was just lookin for an excuse as to why he was gettin whipped and didnt have the energy to throw anymore punches
