I personally think he wants to get hit a few times so he can release his rage. It gives the illusion that his opponent might think they are winning but once the exchanges prolong Pac would have knocked him down.

I get where you are trying to go with this but the De la Hoya or the Hatton fight are bad examples to use in making your point about Manny's defense. I only say that because De la Hoya wasn't right and Hatton telegraphs everything.

Just a quick memo to you and p4p champ. Any post that in anyway can be labeled "taking credit away from pac" or "undervaluaning pac's achievements" will get pistol whip up in arms. Check his 1st post in the thread. Just tell him pac is the best and he'll be good and leave you alone

i disagree. I think he moves and bobs his head well. He really gets tagged mostly only when he's countered. He likes to move around as part of his defense as against shoulder rolls, and has perfected this skill for his benefit so much so that it would seem he's off balance but can still knock you down when you least expect it.

But as most wouldve observed, he concentrates more on offense and naturally he'll get tagged one way or another. Its just the way it is.

moving your head side to side isn't head movement! And being offbalance isn't a good thing especially fighting counterpunchers...but he has good streong legs which helps him to not be knocked dwon much. But his defense is below par.
