You don't know much about anything that has to do with boxing.

He was not strip, Spinks was the lineal champ and the lineal title was on the line. Tyson became lineal champ when he won.

Your confusing the debate. You are proving that Tyson hit harder probably than Pac, although Pac is no light puncher by any stretch of the imagination.
When Tyson fought decent boxers they didnt drop. Pac is destroying top boxers in every division to this very day.
Tyson had a good spell. Pac is the better finisher.

What do you mean at what weight? For his career he is a HOF'er and a damn arguable top 50 ATG.

That is like asking you what weight-class is Cotto a HOF'er? Or better yet at what weight-class is Pac a HOF'er? Since Pac never stayed at a weight-class long enough to be in the HOF

Spinks easily top 10 ATG LHW even top 5. And, LHW is one of the original 8 weight-classes BTW.

And, then went up in weight and beat the lineal HW champ TWICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!. That is like saying Floyd or Pac shouldn't get credit for beating one cuz they had to move up in weight.

        Sounds ****** doesn't?

Weight matters. It's not ****** at all. Let me explain why to you. You might not be able to follow though.. so I'll try to be as simple as possible.

Weight matters because if Tyson beats a welterweight he shouldn't get credit for it. Period.

Manny moving around in weight is a testament to his greatness because he's moving UP in weight.

Spinks HOF status is from his career at lower weights. He came to fight Tyson at a naturally higher weight class. So Tyson's win diminishes because of this simple fact. Do you get it?

        Okay I hope you do.

Now if we are going to count Larry Holmes.... we better throw in Oscar De La Hoya for Manny Pacquiao as well right?

Manny's record against HOFer > Tyson

        Sorry son. Nice try.

I was talking about Joe Louis.

            Spinks isnt decent?

Spinks is better than ANYONE Pac has ever fought. Do you even watch boxing outside of Pac?

              Hard to argue against Tyson.

****, Pacquiao hurt and dropped Cotto badly in the 4th, yet it took until the 12th to get the stoppage. The shell of De La Hoya had to quit because Pac couldn't finish him off. Took him way too long to finish David Diaz. He could never finish off JMM even though he knocked him down 3 times in the first round, in the rematch he hurt him pretty bad in the 3rd and 9th and couldn't do anything either. And also, he couldn't finish off Barrera in the rematch, someone that he already had determined that he was much faster than.

i agree Tyson is the better finisher but Pacquiao is being underrated as a finisher. Prime Tyson did make everybody look bad until he fought Buster.

Pacquiao can't knock nobody with one punch at 147 IMO but he can at 140. He has to hit you consistantly and then you start feeling it at Welterweight.
Tyson has the power to knock you out with one punch.
