      - Manny took a blood test 19 days before the Clottey fight and did not need 3 days to "recover" from it. In fact he was sparring the same day and whipping ass.

      - Manny claimed that since Floyd weighs more then him, a blood test will affect him less, and that is why blood tests arent fair game.

i agree prince---good thread and good find on floyd sr saying in my honest opinion------it makes manny look like a ***** to rather fight in court than in the ring----and with all of his excuses over random blood and urine tests, cutoff dates, it doesn't help his argument-----it doesn't matter how many people defend and back manny, his actions have been extremely suspect-----his fitness trainer's actions and words have been very suspect-----manny doesn't know what i give him-----yet, people blame floyd jr for all of this----and don't forget prince, manny is suing not only floyd sr, but floyd jr also---for what? floyd never accused manny of taking ped's publicly--i can't say what he said behind closed doors, but in the media, floyd hasn't accused manny of ****-----why sue the fighter? coz manny knows floyd is whooping his ass in the ring, he'd rather fight him in court------

                1. Just because he's "whipping ass", it doesn't necessarily mean he's in top shape. For all you know, he could have been performing below average but because of his skill level it isn't obvious. When it comes to blood, it can be both a physical and a psychological thing.

                2. His statement about blood tests not being fair game was not about the blood tests per se, but about the timing. Many people confuse manny's refusal of floyd's terms as his refusal to blood tests as a whole whereas the truth is, Manny has no qualms about tests but just the closeness to it to the fight.

One example is-he feels weakened and cannot train for days if blood is being drawn...yet as we all seen,he was caught in rigorous sparring bruising up his partners just a day afterwards (maybe even that day).

He also said that he could not do testing 24 days before a fight, yet the video surfaced of him getting blood drawn less than that with the Hatton fight and the Clottey fight.

As we all know,Manny allows Arum, Roach, Ariza, Konz, etc to speak for him...to this day,he never once denied the excuses for needle and blood phobias that were quickly made up as excuses to evade randomized testing-I have not once heard from Manny that Arum and Roach has misrepresented his "story"...perhaps it makes as much sense to sue them for defamation and libel since it harmed his rep....

                      1. Please. So Pac was recovering from his blood test by having a normal training day? (normal as in usual training schedule). Come on.

                      2. You are trying to change the subject. Manny said blood tests affect him more then they would Floyd because Floyd weighs a bit more then him. That is a lie. A ****** one at that. And Im sure he doesnt even believe that crap.
