That's why people can sue you for slander.

Freedom of speech is with limitation.

Frivilous lawsuits also waste our courts time and taxpayers money. Being but butt hurt is not a crime. We need to outlaw frivilous lawsuits in america to make our country a better place. Always defend every man, woman, and childs RIGHT to FREE SPEECH. Free speech should be defended even if it means death. it is every humans God given right and nobody no matter how rich and power should not be allowed to silence anyones right to free speech. to all the the ***** hurt bitches my message to you is grow a pair.

he did refuse to fight bcuz of a drug test, although not evidence i think it should raise su****ion. add that to the fact that pacquiao has shown physical signs of steroid use (no not knocking out oponents) and i think the allegations are far from baseless.

Okay so, in my opinion, The government should support the Ku Klux Klan's ideals and aspirations.

That is my opinion. I love freedom of speech.
the government doesnt support their ignorant ideology but its their right to speak their ideals.

This is America we have the right of freedom of speech and along with that we have the right to sue anybody we please for whatever we want.............. sn while doing that we waste money, the legal systems time, and go through many pointless countless motions.

They should have a law like the Presidential one. That you cant sue people on bases of some dumb **** if your where not born in America.

What a lot of people do not understand is that with the freedom of speech, comes the responsibility to NOT ABUSE THAT FREEDOM.

You can say what you want, but you should be careful that what you say won't ruin a person's hard-earned reputation or ruin his name. In other countries, you can get yourself killed for saying the wrong thing.

Just like you have the right to smoke, but that doesn't mean you can smoke JUST ANYWHERE YOU WANT.
