Dawson-Bute would be interesting, but I'm definitely taking Dawson.

And I sure as hell have no problem with Perez-Agbeko II, as long as we get a rematch with Abner Mares after.

Perez should probably get a fight off with a fringe contender then fight Mares, dude has been on a murderous run lately. But I have no problem with an Agbeko fight.

They better worry about Pascal instead of Bute coming up to a catch weight. Why would Bute move up? He's in the hot division and is the #1a or #1b guy in that division. He has guaranteed big fights coming up with the best fighter that doesn't make the finals of the SMW tourney, Hopkins might fight him at 168, he's doing a fight that will bring big $ in Romania. Plus he brings 15K+ for his home fights.

Shaw has done a terrible job of building Dawson into an attraction and completely stopped any momentum Chad was building with his horriffic matchmaking and inactivity.. Chad Dawson is lucky to get his second cousins to come see him fight. LOL at Shaw acting like he's bargaining from a position of power AND completely overlooking Pascal and the natural next matchup for Dawson- which is Cloud if he beats Glen.

I'm also laughing at him thinking the Pascal fight is going to be just like the Glen Johnson fight.

Lately Shaw has been a little bit off.

This article says nothing about Team Bute wanting the fight and they almost certainly will not step to a catch weight against Chad Dawson when it means getting his ass handed to him.

Shaw says "at a catchweight" he doesn't say anything about fighting at 168. HBO may want the fight, and the fans may want the fight, but Lucian Bute won't get caught dead making the mistake of fighting Chad Dawson when he has the prospect of fighting the winner of the Super 6 (a much lesser opponent) for just as much if not more money.
Dawson DESPERATELY needs a dance partner that can bring him some exposure. The only dollars he would bring to the table are from him being ring champ. Bute would make WAAAAAAAAAAY more money fighting Ward or Dirrel or Abe if they win the Super 6.

I think Bute would make more fighting Kessler, Froch, Abe or Dirrell- whoever doesn't make the finals than against Dawson.

Dawson vs Bute is a good fight, but after Ward wins the super six I would love to see him fight Bute.

I hope Bute can Ko Dawson. I think he's overrated. Then again Bute is very overrated to. Neither has beat anyone as good as the Super Six guys yet.

The winner of that would be a legitimate number 2 at 168 to me. Just behind the super six winner.

I will make plenty of points off this fight. Dawson is the best boxer on the planet not name Floyd Mayweather, he will beat Bute.........barely who is top tier himself. I am still confident Dawson will win though.

Perez-Agberko is an underrated war, both guys through and landed great punches from round 1 to 12 non stop. Both are never in a dull fight.

Dawson-Bute sounds great too, I haven't been keeping up with Chad too much since he beat Johnson that second time. Bute is a young strong and very skilled fighter.
