Such is the case with a lot of fighters... after going up in weight, coming down just drains them, I honestly believe he looked drained for pacman

Hatton gambled that he was more exciting than floyd, and issued a challenge. Floyd accepted... if he thought that 147 was biting off more than he could chew, why did he fight Floyd at 147 when he could've stayed at 140? Money...

I know he went back down to 140, but his trainer said that they didn't PREPARE for Collazo. Collazo was a tough opponent and he was a southpaw at that. They also said that they would go back to 147 TO FIGHT Floyd and to fight for his belts. Heck, when he went BACK to 140 in his first fight back at the division, he didn't look all that against Urango, lets be real here. Then he stopped an old JLC.

He was better when he fought mayweather. he had 100% of his confidence. regardless of what some dumbfu.cks thinks confidence is a big part of the equation to success. i think he would have gotten his confidence back 100 had he beaten manny but obviously that didnt happen.

Hatton didnt look good against a lot of opponents. Hence why Manny almost KO'd him in one and finshed him in two. Didnt have a real boxing match with him, giving up rounds etc...

he was almost beheaded against Collazo at 147, his ONLy other fight at 147....he took a nasty beating..dropped the belt he won and went back to 140. his confidence was higher after stopping Paulie Malignaggi..something Cotto couldnt even do, with his new trainer FMSr.....
