Hatton cost me 50 Quid! and you know, it all makes sense now. As I look back all the signs of him being rubbish were there. If he does fight again in the uk, he will only draw a crowd as a celebrity, not a boxer, because I hope I never have to see him again, he disgraced us all. I think no-one out of manchester now, I'm just so angry that the hype distracted me from the glaring flaws.

You are not a boxing fan. Ricky tried and tried to make something happen but it just was not in the cards for him. This happens in the fight game. There are no guarantees and no refunds. I give him credit for constantly trying for that elite level and not taking the safe route against old men etc. That is a true warrior.

So his better days were behind him. He had an aggressive style and guys that fight like that always have shorter primes and lose in the end. The ride to the top and the story of how they got there is the most important thing.

Hopefully once you forget about the money you lost you will realize how much he has done for your Country and the Sport itself. He united fans in a way that may never be seen again. That alone is something special.

No one feels worse than Hatton, believe me regardless how bad it looked, Hatton gave it his all and he just didn't do what his game plan was supposed to be but to say he let the country down.... NAW. 13 pages and no one's even bothered to explain why they think Margarito is gulity? I do think he most likely used it for Cotto. His whole career? I don't know, but for the Cotto fight?

I'll just go and say I can see the view points of the other side. They make sense. The most arguing point is that the NSAC provides the wraps. You can wrap them and slip the pads in. It's not impossible.

Also, the NSAC changed the gloves to 8 Oz. for this fight. If Margarito was worried about the gloves, what's to say he was so worried that he would resort to cheat. It makes no sense to try and cheat vs. Mosley, but not versus Cotto.

There was no person from Cotto's camp watching the wrappings.
The NSAC would not admit they ****ed up, even if they did.
If Margarito's camp can get it by one commission, it's not impossible to think that they got it through.

Also the pictures. No I'm not going to say the bloodstain is absolute evidence, but how convinent that the plaster pad also had a blood stain.

Oh and the wrappings in the Cotto fight look different then the wrapping picture here:




The core is the same, but on top there seems to have a lot more padding for the Cotto fight.

tony had the mental advantage in this one..he knew sooner or later cotto had to go down..and of course them gloves did more damage than normal gloves would have done..so the damage the plaster has done is the reason cotto has lost..why didn't margarito fight shane mosley with the same passion? No plaster means No hope.

Man, I asked Cotto stans to answer why Tony took off his gloves and had his post fight interview with his wraps still on. No one couldn't answer.

I mean, if I knew I had something in my wraps, I would at least try to get rid of the evidence as fast as possible, certainly not give my interview on national TV still wearing them.

That's kinda illogical. If Margarito won that fight against Shane and got away with the plaster then he would probably still take of his gloves because no further inspections would be needed.

There's a BIG difference between the Margarito/Cotto and Resto/Collins incidents.

Removing the padding from the gloves is way more revealing then running around with plaster. Remember also that Resto was quite "unlucky" to get caught. If Collins Jr.'s father had not approached him to shake his hands (gloves) to congratulate him with the win then Resto would have gotten away with it.

The truth is that we don't know anything about Margarito wearing plaster or not. Look what Pacquiao did to Cotto's face. Why shouldn't Margarito be able to do the same? Also, look at how many clean power punches Margarito took from Cotto...does that mean Cotto is a feather fisted fighter? Or did he load up the gloves with feather?

They all assumptions rather than facts and we will never know what happened until Margarito's corner come clean.

Pacquiao did that kind of damage because the scarring was there to be torn up. Cotto NEVER had his face messed up like that before the Margarito fight, and he had plenty of tough fights.
