Once again, the lack of education on NSB rears its head. Resto had padding removed from his gloves first of all, something no one ever accused Margarito of. More importantly, the illegal nature of Margarito's wraps wasn't something clearly visible - go watch the interviews of Nasim Richardson speaking about it, it was feeling the pad itself and noticing how hard it was that elicited the discovery.

its well known tony over looked shane, was celebrating the cotto victory for too long, and didn't train much for the mosley fight. If he even did attempt to cheat don't you think it might be due to them knowing he didn't train for it?
