He wouldn't come close to sniffing $40m. Maybe $20m. How are they going to sell that PPV? And the heavily reduced-priced tickets aren't going to help either - even if they pack 100k in there.

That's not how business works. What are you, 12? Think for a second.

well he could be punitive and make Margo accept 25%......he drew 700K against Clottey, with the mexican fans i could see it doing over a million PPV buys...........

And he had to take 90% of the purse against Clottey to make, what, $15m?

I'll use an example....then maybe he will understand. When Floyd fought Oscar.....Floyd got the raw end of the deal and rightfully so against the cash cow.......it broke PPV records and Oscar pocketed $50 mil. He couldn't make that against any other opponent.....but when they negotiated for a rematch ODLH still wanted more tha 50% even though both of them couldn't make that money fighting another opponent at that stage............so why did ODLH demand more???????

Sorry son, but *****'s aren't the masses.

So tell us, oh wise one, what other opponent could Manny make $30m against?

You're still missing the point. 50/50 makes BOTH fighters more than either could make without the other.

Funny how that deal was good enough for you before but not now.

Haymon only takes 5-7%, Ellerbe takes 1%.....all in all Floyd prob only has to pay out 10% of his total..........Manny's is prob up in the 30% range...........

Yeah just because 50/50 does that doesn't mean that constitutes an equal split. WTF? How old are you forreal, man? And what do you mean the deal was good enough for me? For me? Really? I'm getting paid? Just shut up, man.

More than that. GBP's cut is a little bigger than 3-5% for Pac.
