WTF? Wasn't Floyd supposed to "clean" the 140 div? He beats Arturo and wants to move up without facing Cotto or Hatton?

Ding Ding. This thread is inaccurate. Its one thing to have Arum speculate as to who pbf will fight next, it is quite another to start a thread saying "looks like this is going to happen." Unfortunately for us boxing fans, everything about the sport is bull**** except when the two men step into the ring.

Someone else said it, but seriously, dont believe everything you read.

you hit it right there, i predicted a UD win for Mayweather and look what happened. if this fight happens in august & if mayweather fights the way he did against gatti, another lopsided win for him again. but 147 is 7 pounds heavier, will that make a difference? i guess it will.

The article I read said that he is fighting Aug 12th vs unknown opponent and that Bob Arum wanted him to fight Margarito on a later date. My guess would be maybe Maussa? Just to get another title or maybe Cotto if he even fights at all on Aug 12 (considering its a Friday Night and a somewhat decent ppv is on saturday)

Mayweather-Judah has FOY potential, and could have follow-up fights if the first one was great. After seeing Winky Wright demolish Trinidad, it looks like Mosley could still be a credible opponent and Mayweather-Mosley is a PPV as well.

I don't think Margarito would come down to 140; he just fought at 154 a few fights back...
Mayweather vs. Judah is a fight I'd pay $100.00 to see

They did that last year with Tyson-Williams and Morales-Hernandez, too. 85 bucks in two days to watch boxing on TV...lol

Cotto needs to wait a bit before he fights pbf IMO, and as for Hatton, well, i would advise pbf to get that fight to happen here in the us instead of manchester, i don't want to see any of that shady **** with the ref like the the tszyu fight. I'm pretty sure he would beat him anywhere, but just to be safe he should fight him here. If not, leave him in the dust.
