Prove it to me that Margarito is more than an average fighter. He looks good against ok opposition but when he steps it up with a higher caliber he is outclassed and neutralized. Plus Margarito cant deal with boxers well, Floyd's speed and elusiveness will give Margarito fits.

That goes for anyone that fights PBF.
His style is similiar to JLC and Castillo did very well in both fights,just that Margarito is bigger and stronger.The only thing Margarito has to adapt to is the speed of PBF. The Santos fight was wrong man he won that one and your forgeting Santos was weighing 175 pounds that night and couldnt stop Margarito from punishing him.
I have a feeling Margarito and PBF are good friends, I smell something fishy here.

Margarito puts pressure on his opponents but for the most part fights on the outside where he can land his wide punches. Margarito is big and strong but is made to order for Mayweather. I don't think Mayweather can seriously hurt him but if he comes in thinking he can't be hurt by Mayweather he just might end up hurt. That's the same way Gatti thought as well and we seen what happen to him. It doesn't matter how good Margarito can box he still isn't on Mayweather's level. Mayweather has many advantages over Margarito. Speed, defense, much greater boxing skills and the only advantages I give Margarito is being taller and bigger. His reach won't matter because Mayweather's speed will neutralize that. Margarito is just too wide of a puncher to beat Mayweather. Mayweather would see every wide punch coming and counter Margarito to death.
