Hatton vs Mayweather reminds me A LOT of Robinson vs Lamotta, call me crazy but thats the way I see it.

Gringo-As mentioned earlier as well, Margarito starts EXTREMELY slow (except of course against Cintron, he didnt really have to get started). If he starts slow and loses the first half of the fight Floyd might take off a few but will come back in the championship rounds to steal the show.

Margarito is to flat footed for Mayweather.

I agree with you that he starts too slow and that's a bad idea against Floyd. The flat footed thing is a definite drawback for him as well. People that are going to succeed against Floyd are ones who don't have the Roy Jones fear (awestruck by his speed). I think Cotto could box with Floyd for the majority of the fight and the power difference would show up, and I think Hatton would just throw himself at Floyd and would try and limit his room.

Perfect. There is not a fighter South of Winky Who can come close to PBF when he gets up for a fight.

See Margarito already possesses the 2 things that you cant beat Mayweather with.

I am a fan of Cotto and I think his uppercut would hurt Mayweather a bit, but we havent seen Cotto at a high intense fight yet. Even in the Corley Cotto didnt fight at an intense rate. I would love to see that fight a lot.

[B]Guys this fight wont happen soon.
But im sure Floyd will fight on November 12 on HBO PPV. Maybe with Ricky Hatton or Shane Mosley. I think floyd dont need to fight with shane. I'd like to see him with Margarito and ricky hatton that would be big test for floyd. Test ( we will see if hes a legend?)
P.S Mayweather back in the gym

                      www.**********.net
Floyd Mayweather Jr's promoter Bob Arum has informed **********.com that the Floyd Mayweather Jr-Arturo Gatti title fight has generated at least 350,000 PPV buys. Arum says the final number could approach 400,000. Arum again confirmed to **********.com that Mayweather will return to the ring on HBO PPV November 12. Arum also stated that he feels a PPV between Mayweather and WBO welterweight champion Antonio Margarito would do bigger PPV numbers than the Gatti fight "because now Mayweather's a star." Obviously boxing fans would prefer to see Mayweather take on Ricky Hatton, Zab Judah or Shane Mosley before he faces Margarito. It's also tough to imagine Mayweather-Margarito generating more PPV dollars than Hatton, Judah or Mosley.
