I don't think anyone thought Pac should move to 130. But fighting Morales again? After he just got shutout? Ehh, I guess we all have different standards. Then a third time? Hey, people paid for it, right?
You didnt see the second fight, didnt you.. Morales didnt have problems in the second half of that fight because he was dehydrated.. He didnt have his legs because Pac busted his nose after a solid right hook and an upper cut in the 6th. He was breathing through his mouth..He was almost knocked down in the 6th. He fought gallantly in the 7th, but was hurt even more by Pac, and it was downhill from there. He didnt lose because he was dehydrated, he lost because Pac hit him with shots in the head and body that cause him to
slowly lose his legs in the 9th. Thats when he lost whatever is left in his prime when he was finally finished by Pac at the 10th round.

Not only was Morales out of his prime by the 2nd fight, He was weight drained too. He beg for the fight to be fought at 132 but Roach said No. No one would believe Morales was prime in the second fight unless they are Pacquiao fanatics.

Morales was past it in the first, weight drained and even more passed it in the second, and shot in the tird. If he wasn't passed it and drained he would have beat manny again, since the first 6 rouns of the rematch looke dlike the first fight until he gassed out due to starvation.

Morales was past his prime but still a top fighter and no one can fault Pac in not taking a catchweight because he just moved up to 130 himself...People were asking to move back down to 126 but he didnt because he wanted rematch against Morales...

Not only did I see it, I have it and have watched it about a 100 times. The first two, anyway. I'm not going to go back and forth. Like I said:

                1. Was Morales past his prime? Yes.

                2. Was he weight drained? Yes.

                3. Was he coming off a shut-out upset defeat? Yes.

Take from that what you will.

No one is arguing about him being past his prime. But I am not goin to agree that he was dehydrated at fight night. He was dehydrated at the weigh in but he rehydrated just fine.

And I cant agree Raheem was a sign that he was totally out of it.. He was outboxed, not outbrawled...You cant lose your prime that way.

Give me a break. What does "rehydrated just fine" mean? If he was dehydrated at the weigh-in that means he was killing himself to make weight during TRAINING.

God!!!!! My head is going to explode. LMAO @ "he rehydrated just fine" so he was all better.
