i just asked why floyd offered 14 day cutoff then? why not now? whats the difference?
You may be right and they simply weren't ready at that time and that may be the reason for all of their bull****. But then all of what they said before was bull****, right? And that would mean they wasted all of Team Mayweather's (and the fans, etc.) time with false negotiations Not to mention threw all the blame on Floyd. You know, the guy who agreed to their every demand? So we start the negotiations from square one. Floyd wants full testing as he has stated. Manny now wants 14. Let's see.

Better question: why did Floyd offer 14 day cut off and then retract the offer?

thats not even a good question.....floyd was trying to compromise by going to 14 days last negotiation and when pac disagreed then floyd just said no more compromises, all roads lead to floyd mayweather and if he wants to fight he will fight with full testing like I wanted since the beginning. This is how floyd thinks......and I cant say its not logical

PS: if it were up to me I hope floyd takes pac up on 14 day offer and makes the fight so we all can see who is the better fighter and boxer.

lol Floyd seems to really want the fight...

Judging from your post it seems like Floyd's stubborness is the thing that's holding the fight back...

Random testing should be random alot of people are making a big fuss about no tests 18 days from the may mosely fight well guess what random is random you think they were thinking they haven't tested me in a 2weeks I guess it's over he'll no they were expecting a test any day cuz it was random u leave a gap like that u think u would try he'll no cuz there bound to show up that's y it's random there's no need for a cutoff date but if that's what PAC needs o well 14 days to recover for a man who ain't even trying to make weight owell lol

LOL. You're going to run out of questions soon.

Floyd proposed a 14-day cutoff right before the two sat with the mediator. At the time, they felt this was a reasonable cutoff to their initial request to follow USADA protocol of unnannounced testing leading up to the fight. Manny wanted a 30 day-cut off for blood testing. Manny refused to go below 24 days and walked away from the negotiating table, even after Floyd issued a statement saying that he STILL wanted to fight Pacquiao and was still holding out hope that Manny would agree to the compromise. Manny responded by announcing his next fight and reiterating his position that anything beyond 24 days would weaken him. Floyd says eff you, snatches up his comprimise off the table and signs to fight the one guy he was thought to be avoiding. Both agree to full-testing and Floyd dominates and generates a higher pay-per-view number then Manny has done for ANY fight. Guess who comes running back? But if Floyd really wants to fight, he'll just agree to Manny's compromise now, right? Well guess what? Floyd agreed to all of Manny's requests last time and Manny turned down his. There is no sound reason for not taking the full testing. So why should we give him a pass this second time when he just put us through the wringer about 14-days being too much the first go-around?

Because he isn't giving Pac a pass. 14 days would be a compromise from both sides. Pac is giving in to an offer Floyd made and Floyd is retracting his offer. seems like Floyd aint that interested in the fight...
