Cintron is my example, but i think Margo will also go out and try to prove he did cheat. I see nothing but trouble for Cotto in a rematch with Margo. Props to Cotto if he takes it, but he don't want it...

if he didnt want it why was a fight with margs ready to go after the mosley fight regardless if margs won or lost? after losing the fight in such a manner why did cotto agree to an immediate rematch if he didnt want it???? the reality is this fight was being made and margs and his trainer ****ed that up trying to cheat against a 37 year old fighter who at that time was considered to be way past his best

Cotto is just tailor made for Margarito. Six round fighter. No defense for uppercuts. If Cotto thinks he can beat Margarito and his fans think that Cotto is better, then you would think that he would jump at the opportunity to fight him given that Margarito just went the distance with a lightly regarded opponent. Cotto lives in fear of Margarito.

i do i could be wrong dont really know but i dont agree with you that margs beats cotto without the wraps anyday of the week it was a close fight that cotto in my opinion would have won if margs didnt have that thudding power behind his shots. i think he would have been able to win a ud or split dec but i can see your point to a certain extent because margs size chin and workrate would make cotto work hard for 12 rounds and i think even without loaded wraps margs would be difficult fight

Oh please, the Mosley fight doesn't count!!! The man was no longer in the arena after the wrap thing.

Plus, who ever said Margo had power? Most of the elite fighters he fought went 12 rounds, or close to it.

I have said this before, and looks like Ai have to say it again. Before the fight, Margo's trainer stated that he didn't like the way Margo looked in training. That Margo was spaced out, and was not cutting the weight properly. My guess, he didn't want Margo to lose what he had fought so hard to get, and he/they tried to cheat.

There were articles on this man. Many people passed it off as an early excuse just in case. I clearly think it was something bigger. Hints the wraps.
