He has top 10 skills, but probably doesnt crack top 40 or 50 atg. Yes he has many accomplishments, jumping from class to class, but Floyd hasnt really beaten more than one or two opponents where you didnt think he was going to win going in.
In my opinion Floyd is now an ATG top 20 lock

kids lol your 23 steady your a wee bairn stillco-sign 100%
some of the kids on here don't even know what SRR and Willie Pep look like...yet they want to claim Floyd is top 20 of all time? It's laughable and this is coming from a huge Floyd fan....some people need to stick to ranking fighters in the eras they witnessed onlyComment

This makes a lot of sense, i never liked the idea of ranking fighters from different eras, too much has changed: number of rounds, activity, diet, training methods, etc.have you done the proper research to claim that? It's you opinion and your entitled to it, but can you compile a respectable top 50 greatest fighters of all time list? If not, I would suggest you stick to ranking fighters in the era YOU witnessed
I'm sure you're a big fan of SRR and Pep, a few two minutes youtube vids did the trick huh?
Its like the P4P list it totally subjective, and can become a popularity contest, like some people will never rank the new fighters over the old skool and other will rank the new fighters far too high, you can make a list of great fighters but putting them in order, is just impossible.Comment

Can I see your top 20 ATG list?Comment

I like a Top 25 ranking in the 20-25 range. This dude needs to start getting some credit. Hes a special, special once in a lifetime talent.Comment

Yeah, to be fair he only really has three names that jump out at you in terms of historic significance on his ledger; De La Hoya, Marquez and Mosley. And a lot of people don't even like to acknowledge that the Marquez fight happened!Comment
