I don't agree with that either and I also voiced my displeasure at making Cotto come in under weight. I am against catch weights period.

Why don't they have a fair ****ing fight. A true welterweight match within the Weleterweight limits. Please no Pussuiao weight limitation on fight night either. Finally, both fighters should test to prove they are clean and not taking Steroids or EPO. The winner will then be the REAL Weleterweight Champ, not a CONDITIONAL Champ.

So ****in shady. To make this much of an issue about essentially AVOIDING DRUG TESTING. Ridiculous.

I really think Roach knows Pac will beat Flyod, hince hes going for 17 days cutoff. Otherwise he wont budge at all. Seems like Flyod should just accept 17 days cutoffs and get fight on.

Damn, 85 pages. Anyway, to the guy who said Floyd wanted cutoff dates in the first place, it's not true at all. He only asked for it because Pacquiao and his team didn't agreed with the USADA's original testing dates, Roach said in a video that he needed 5 days for Pacquiao to recovered, so Floyd gave them 9 more days with the 14 days request. This is why you should know your facts before you post. One man agreed with the USADA orginal testing schedule, the other man asked for cutoff dates.

Sure, that's why he still wants a cutoff date. Don't follow the logic at all.

The USADA doesn't run boxing and its test mean nothing until it is affiliated in a formal capacity. If Floyd really wants this fight he should be open to compromise.

                  Are you against random testing?

If roach is willing to go to 17 days im sure eventually he will drop to 14 days.

No, but that isn't the point. The point is, it is not relevant till its an actual part of boxings rules. Manny doesn't have to and shouldn't bend over to meet anyone's demands, especially after being unfairly slandered. But he is willing to compromise to get this fight made. If Floyd wants the fight he'll compromise too.
