Suck it *****.
The "truth" is that Mosley is taking the test, and Pacquiao would not. So keep telling yourself whatever you need to.

So you saying there isnt any proof, of course there isnt, because the dummy wont submit to random testing, anybody with a brain would have to ask why wouldnt Pac submit to such a thing if he has nothing to hide, you can say whatever you want, I have a brain and common sense. Go convince yourself.
So make up your rules just like Mayweather. An agreement is both sides agreeing to a contract. Not rules. Both have to agree towards a fight and so yes, it isn't one sided but if there is one to prove himself more it is Mayweather because his motives are questionable, he fights for money not championships and for the sport.
Do I consider him good at all? Of course, he could very well be one of the most skillful boxers of all time but haven't proven it yet. I am not a Mayweather hater, if at all. I am an Ali fan considering him as the greatest and being able to witness THRILLA IN MANILA as a young pugilist fan.
I want Mayweather to show his skills against Pacquiao. But flinging his demands as in drug testing isn't going to do it. Pacquiao on the other hand also have to step up however and whatever that means.
But to say that is only through Mayweather's contingent rule towards a fight then it may or may happen....
