Manny had reasonable su****ion on his side based on prior actions, so there is and was a precedence for such a penalty. Manny isn't circumventing the NSAC, nor is he creating his own rules, all fighters must come in on the contracted weight per the NSAC, penalties are negotiated to ensure compliance with those rules.
I ask you where is the reasonable su****ion for Floyd to do the same thing and circumvent the NSAC, with respect to PEDs. My position is this Mosley has been found to have taken PEDs before, so such a request on Mayweathers part is reasonable however, no reasonable su****ion exists as far as Pac is concerned beyond rumors and innuendo by a family plagued with insecurity.Last edited by switchsouthpaw; 04-29-2010, 05:39 PM.Comment

Keith Kizer, executive director of the Nevada Athletic Commission, told The Associated Press. "Like any medical test, if a fighter wants to do anything more than what we require, more power to them."
More power to Mosley and Mayweather

1. You asked for an example, I gave you one.Manny had reasonable su****ion on his side based on prior actions, so there is and was a precedence for such a penalty.

2. When has Erik Morales ever failed to make weight?Comment

I was referring to Mayweather coming in over the contracted weight when he fought Marquez, therein lies your precedent, so that request was made to ensure that it doesn't happen again. There remains no precedent for more stringent testing specific to Pac and that is my point.Comment

Yes but he did it to Morales who had NO history of doing that. NONE. So take the precedent and shove it up your a**.I was referring to Mayweather coming in over the contracted weight when he fought Marquez, therein lies your precedent, so that request was made to ensure that it doesn't happen again. And finally, you had the nerve to call me out about Pacquiao bucking Nevada rules. I don't care what your excuses are, HE DID IT. So take that calling out and shove it up there too.Comment

Morales was known to have struggled making weight, that was widely known. Google Morales weight and you'll see problems come up as a suggestion, it was widely known, he ballooned up in weight in between fights. What are the NSAC rules/penalties regarding weight? I'm sure you'll google it, so come back to me when you're done and I'll prove to you once and for all how misguided you are. Enforcing the rules (weight penalty) isn't the same thing as bucking the rules(Joan Guzman)....you just prefer to parse words and talk in circles. Pac once again has relented and agreed to random testing, no matter how you spin it Roach has said they are willing to allow for random testing, albeit with a cut-off date.Yes but he did it to Morales who had NO history of doing that. Yeah. That's why Pacquiao would not take the fight above Super Featherweight. Just like Freddie stated "The more you drain them the better".

You asked for proof that Pacquiao ignores NSAC rules when it suits him. I gave it. All the other BS you're spewing doesn't matter. Why didn't he just let the commission do their jobs? A lot of fighters have struggled to make weight. Morales NEVER failed to make weight therefore there was no precedent. **** outta here.Morales was known to have struggled making weight, that was widely known.
