oh so it helps but it does not guarantee a win...and that was against oscar who was already beaten by trinidad & mosley prior to that fight. of course we all know that dela hoya is not even on floyd's level in terms of skills...not even close according to some floyd fans. so how come floyd with godly skills feel threatened by an alleged ped user in pac? or maybe not...he just want to clean the sport of boxing as most of you like to say. how about you, you think pac is a threat to floyd?

Dude can I ask you a question and don't take it the wrong way, are you like 20 and still in the 6th grade?
Here is a direct quote from article link I've sent you and anyone else can "read" it to verify..."Pacquiao agreed to random drug tests and offered a 24 day cut-off and a test immediately after the fight, which the American boxer rejected, resulting in the collapse of the talks."
The random drug tests in question is urine, not blood. Catch up.
Doesn't it strike you as odd that Floyd didn't allow the Nevada commission to do theirs?
Floyd is allowing NSAC to do theirs...
NSAC is STILL doing theirs..they will STILL take their normal pre-fight/post-fight urine test (as documented by Kizer himself!)..
OST is just extra reassured testing..

I think Pac is a great threat to Floyd.
And now Floyd is going to throw in his PPV numbers with Mosley as a negotiating tactic with Pac, because it gives him an exit strategy as per usual.
I guarantee you, in fact I rarely bet but if Mayweather's next fight is against someone on the level of a Clottey (in other words a fighter with no name recognition) in addition to having no HBO 24/7 promo, I will bet the house he won't do more than 700,000 PPV buys.

well at least you're being honest with that...can't expect the same from other floyd fans.
that's probably why floyd didn't bother to have his undercard fights to undergo ost because those are mismatches like jm cotto is not at all a threat to saul alvarez...

Funny, I could've sworn he's fighting Shane on Saturday. Guess the OST wasn't an exit strategy after all. Pacquiao had a 50-50 split and turned it down. Go ask him why.

Who cares? Again, Mayweather was down for a 50-50 split. Only reason the fight didn't happen was because **insert lie/excuse here**
