It's still not random. So what the **** is your point?

You do realize that even in that loss, that was Vargas' best performance in ages?

Furthermore, there are countless PEDs for countless things. Depends on what you need/want.

        1. Unlimited urine tests up to and after fight night
        2. Scheduled blood test during fight announcement
        3. Random blood tests up to (cut-off) 24 days prior to fight night
        4. Scheduled blood test right after fight night

Also, I believe there was always a cut-off date, granted it was 48hrs prior to fight night, but it was always there to be negotiated.
TBH, I'm not sure since all of these got overshadowed fairly quickly.

And as for the purse split, what is 60% of $0 and 50% of $100mm?
Which one do you think Floyd would accept?

Where did you get 99% from my post? Read #3 very carefully... 2 words, RANDOM TESTS plural...

If they would've agreed back in Jan and the fight announced in mid-Jan, then they would have 8 weeks for training and about 32 days for random blood testings.

correct, it is random up to the proposed cut off date much like it would still be random up until the day of the fight.. which is just basically the unspoken and understood CUT-OFF DATE ehh? CUT OFF DATE? for mayweather's ***** demand
but this is only for blood-testing which is a redundant test
the crux of the matter here we have something that is unlimited and that's is a urinalysis, where it is agreed upon that, if it pleases the drug-testers, they may test both fighters everyday at their own disrection if they wished to and that.. my friend is 10000 times better than some ******ed random blood test which is implemented on random days and/or weeks apart.. *****s r morons

so that takes care of the PED PROBLEM..

Rocket scientist pay attention...he agreed to randomized testing, he is only asking for a cut-off date, one has nothing to do with the other.

I already did. Did he win? No. But he put on his best performance in years. Obviously it helped.

How is it random when he selects what dates he gets tested?

I don't need to read your post to know what Pacquiao wanted. The issue was with blood testing. First, he asked for the # of tests to be cut down from 5-7 to 3. Which was agreed to. Then he asked for two of the three tests to be on a specific date (of his choosing) and for the third to be in a certain window (of his choosing).

                    Rationalize that all you want.

WTF are you not getting about this!!!! He has moved from that position and said he would accept random testing, all he is asking for is a ****ing cut-off date!!!! Again...it's random up until the cut-off date.
