This is not true...

If I recall correctly, the conditiones were
1. Unlimited urine tests up to and after fight night
2. Scheduled blood test during fight announcement
3. Random blood tests up to (cut-off) 24 days prior to fight night
4. Scheduled blood test right after fight night

Also, I believe there was always a cut-off date, granted it was 48hrs prior to fight night, but it was always there to be negotiated.
TBH, I'm not sure since all of these got overshadowed fairly quickly.

And as for the purse split, what is 60% of $0 and 50% of $100mm?
Which one do you think Floyd would accept?
