When Pacquiao asked Floyd to agree to a $10million weight infraction fee, was that his rule or the NSAC?

You said that he was a PED user for 40 fights because he never wanted this kind of testing (though it hasn't been around since he turned pro). So why not commend the "Fraud" for wanting to stop using PEDS like he did in his last 40 fights and implement more stringent testing for him AND his opponent, THEN move forward from there?

Floyd has the platform, right now, to truly make a difference in boxing. He ran up to the podium and screamed into it about how boxing has some deep and dark secrets.

Why not have the fighters on his undercard undergo the testing as well? It would show the commissions how the entire process would play out among all fighters for an event. It would show the sporting world the seriousness of the matter and how boxing intends to do things the right way,

from now on.

I'll commend that person.

Ok see now we can have some real fun. Mayweather/Marquez was contracted at a catch weight, a catch weight Mayweather agreed with and subsequently signed with that agreement in place.

Now answer this question with only a yes or no...DID MAYWEATHER COME IN OVER THE CONTRACTED WEIGHT THAT HE SIGNED OFF ON VERSUS MARQUEZ? A SIMPLE "YES" OR "NO"....when you're done answering that question go and look up the word precedent and see how it applies to penalizing someone who broke a contract once before.

Your not providing me with anything new. I do acknowledge that Mayweather (Deep down) views Pacquiao as a threat. But as I said before, it's isn't to a point where he isn't willing to step inside the ring.
