No because what he is saying is the truth and that is, Manny Pacquiao
    has no case.

The point is that even if Pacquiao did have a strong case, Shaefer's lawyer wouldn't say so.

BUT the point is, that Manny Pacquiao doesn't have a case.
Don't have to be a lawyer to know that this case is bogus and just
a smoke screen. Why would Burstein have to lie if he's telling the
truth? Pacquiao has no case PERIOD.

Hmm...so the other parties' attorney says his opponents has no case? What's he supposed to say? This is the same guy still representing Mosley against BALCO when there's videos showing Shane knew what he was doing.

I think the lawsuit is due to the permanent stigma that got attached to Pacquiao due to it.

Manny could take 10000 blood tests after the accusations made their rounds, but all you would hear is "Of course he is not testing positive now, because he is out of cycle". That is the damage right there. He simply cannot "prove" innocence at this point. All he can do is pass a test in a given window of time and even that proves nothing.

Because of that I don't blame him for the lawsuit. Those accusations will shadow him for a long long time.

If Manny would have just agreed to the tests and made the fight
happen, then no one would have even questioned him AT ALL. The
reason people began questioning Manny is because he made up so
many lame excuses on why he could not take them, making him look
suspect. Nobody even cared what Floyd Sr was saying until Manny,
Freddie and Ariza started frontin. Again, Burstein said it right, Pacquiao
has bad advisors and I am sure we can all agree on that.

lol, all of that is nice, but thats just how u feel. thats not at all how the common law on slander works. the guy doesnt have a strong case no matter how u feel these words will affect him. his strongest case is against the two older mayweathers and its still not clear he can win that one either.
