Yeah your right, the implications were there before negotiations started, however, they would've went away if he would've taking the test and passed, just like i thought he was going to do, then just take it out on floyd come fight night, but the minute O.S.T was mentioned every move that team Pacquaio has made, makes mayweather look justified for asking.
Pacquiao turned down Mayweather's terms because he is a proud bastard, just like he turned down De La Hoya's terms and Hatton's terms and Cotto's terms because he's a proud bastard. The other three boxers backed down, Mayweather didn't. Pacquiao did agree to tests, but not on Mayweather's terms. Having made that decision (which I don't think was the right decision, but given his personality and background and track record, it was a completely predictable decision), he felt that team Mayweather were smearing his whole career and reputation in a way that justified a court case. That also is completely predictable if you know anything about the man and what makes him tick. Whether he's been badly advised from a legal point of view, and whether he stands any chance in court, is a different matter. But my point there was that what Burstein says about that is irrelevant because he's obviously biased.

I didn't say Pacquiao doesn't want to fight, I said fighters settle their differences in the ring. So, I don't know where you got that from. As a boxing fan, I am upset that the biggest fight that can be made is not being made and instead all we get is this lawsuit BS. Both these guys think they are bigger than boxing and it is a shame b/c these guys were very humble guys at one time. I prefer to see guys like the Super Sixers, Paul Williams, Sergio Martinez, Timothy Bradley, and Devon Alexander instead of waiting for Mayweather-Pacquiao. These guys don't BS they just fight and are true P4Pers in boxing today.
joe is still bitter about that **** till this day tho

I hope Pacquiao keeps pushing this lawsuit.

I'm going to enjoy seeing Burstein question him under oath for six hours.

Do you think that only ONE side has to answer questions? You think that Pac's lawyers get to question the Mayweathers but the Mayweather/GBP lawyers don't get to question Pac?

                LMAO

                You effin idiot!!!

Who brought the lawsuit against whom in the Shane/Balco case? SHANE BROUGHT THE SUIT AGAINST VICTOR CONTE.

Who did you see being deposed under oath in a YouTube video?

                Jeez. These TW people.

question him for what? the legality or the legal basis of his suit? that is not pac to answer he has a lawyer to represent him. how can you question somebody for six hours who almost didn't say anything or commented about the allegations against him? if anything it's the defendants who are in line for long questioning.
